ADIA - Algorithm for Data Independant Acquisition

Based on sub-routines from ProteoProfile, ADIA is a small software that generates LC-MS inclusion lists by extracting meaningfull information from the Raw files of specially designed data sets.

ADIA runs on Microsoft Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, 7). It is designed to work on both 32 or 64 bits systems. Simply download the zip file and extract the content in a folder. Launching ADIA.exe will start the software, which will ask you all the info it needs to create the inclusion lists. ProteoProfile, the framework on which ADIA is based, provides step by step instructions in the main dialog, as well as in the popup windows you will interact with. If you have any question about the software, you can contact Olivier Caron-Lizotte.
